We always remove it from the oven, let it set up til the pan is not hot, but warm, and then invert the cake onto a tray. That way ALL of the delicious pudding goes on top of the cake. This is one of my family's favorite desserts and has been for 60 years. Thanks for sharing.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03595913739755605549noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3544329074340550575.post-89167844183448483512012-02-29T21:42:08.323-06:002012-02-29T21:42:08.323-06:00Your tarts came out great! It looks amazing. A little tip on the yeast, if you substitute instant yeast for active dry, the temperature of the water and waiting for the yeast to proof are not so important. just use 3/4 as much instant as you would active dry. I love it because it's so forgiving.Lesliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17185657147547217295noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3544329074340550575.post-58997324104992778432012-02-07T22:24:35.659-06:002012-02-07T22:24:35.659-06:00It's nice to be back, isn't it?
