What has been your favorite creation to date?
Mine has been a recipe I threw together with a blogger's help (can not remember who it was, if it was you, give me a shout out) and my hubby's help. It is a sourcilapeno dip. At least, this is its temporary name. It combines sour cream, cilantro, jalapenos, lime juice, and garlic. Throw it all in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy, and voila, you got your self a spunky and fresh dip! My MIL also used it as a sauce for her yummy grilled salmon. That was a great idea!
Okay, share with me your awesome creation. Inquiring minds want to know, plus I need something to accompany my post, since it has no cool picture to make it "pop"!

Hmm my favorite is probably my Cheeseburger Macaroni, not tooo exciting. Ohh also my Salmon Ball that is always a hit!
My latest favorite was probably the fried mango ravioli, I know I'll be making those over and over again.

I think I can make a mean cheesecake : ). Other than that, I am not really that good in the kitchen!
