Wow.. your cake looks beautiful.. the blackberries and mint leaves look great! How did you manage to make it so tall?? Mine was so flat it wasn't even a funny scene :(

(by the way, I'm glad to hear that a Houstonite had never heard of dry chorizo, either. I feel much better now. ;-) )

OMG!!!!!! That is the most perfect cake I've seen so far! That is the height I was aiming for with my cake (but I failed miserably). If I could figure out how to get THAT CAKE, I would totally try to make this again. You knocked this one out of the park!
